- Real-Time Location Information: Real-time geographic location coordinates (GPS data) of customers (to set delivery destinations and track orders), vendors (to identify proximity to customers), and riders (to assign delivery jobs and track delivery progress). Location collection occurs in the background when the app is active to ensure proper hyperlocal fulfillment.
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, device identifiers, app usage data, and cookie identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various business purposes, including to:
- Register and manage your account on the Platform.
- Process and fulfill your delivery and ride-booking orders, including coordinating with vendors and riders.
- Process payments and secure transactions through payment processing partners like Cashfree.
