Delete Your Account

In compliance with Google Play Data Safety requirements, you may request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data from GetIt.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Your personal information (Name, Email, Phone Number, Profile Picture) will be permanently anonymized.
  • You will lose access to your wallet balances and saved addresses.
  • Your past order and ride history is retained purely for financial ledger and taxation purposes, but is unlinked from your identity.
  • You will immediately be logged out of all active devices.
